Certain products sold by Optifuel (such as EV chargers, hybrid inverters, and battery storage units) must be installed by a qualified electrician or certified installer.

Improper installation can:

Void the manufacturer’s warranty

Present a safety risk

Prevent the unit from functioning correctly

Please consult a professional prior to installation. If in doubt, message us—we’re happy to advise before purchase.

🚚 Pallet Delivery Terms (For Large Items)
For large items such as solar panels or battery systems, we use pallet courier services to ensure safe delivery.

Please note:

The delivery area must be accessible by a pallet truck

Someone must be available to receive the delivery

Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee

Check goods upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours of any visible damage

We aim to dispatch all pallet items same-day if ordered before 11 AM (Mon–Fri).
